About Kelly: 

​

Kelly knows what it is like to live with ADHD and both the "super powers" and challenges that ADD and ADHD present. For this reason Kelly has chosen to focus on supporting clients with ADD and ADHD as well as other neurodivergent individuals. 

​

Having worked for 7+ years with individuals who are differently abled, Kelly also enjoys offering support to individuals with different physical and cognitive abilities. 

​

As a previous single parent and long time child care/school based practitioner Kelly additionally provides support to adolescents, parents, and families.  

About Amy:

 

Amy has worked extensively with youth, older adults, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals experiencing chronic pain. She utilizes several therapy modalities, including person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and parts work (Internal Family Systems).  

 

Amy strives to create a therapy environment in which clients feel empowered to work collaboratively with her to find ways to move from surviving to thriving.

About Lisa

 

Lisa has lived with and overcome perfectionism and know how this can translate to a desire to control one's image, eating, or how it can adversely impact a person's self-esteem. For this reason Lisa specializes in working with individuals that struggle with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and low self-esteem.

​

Lisa also has a long history of working with adolescents in the school system and additionally provides support to parents, families, adolescents, and couples. 

​
